On unlawful seized dividends, An Affidavit of Urgency was filed in support of a Motion on Notice by the Petitioners, acting under the Plaintiff company, requesting the Court’s urgent intervention to authorize the release of unlawfully withheld dividends. The directors responsible for the seizure had demanded withdrawal of the pending lawsuit as a condition for payment, despite having been previously declared by the Court, nine months earlier, to be forgers and illegally acting as directors. – March 25, 2025
